Tommy Fletcher is the owner and operator of East Coast Sand Rails. He has been building frames for dune buggies
and sand rails for over 30 years and has hundreds of satisfied customers. He personally builds each frame using state
of the art, computerized bending machines and precision-built jigs.

Tommy has worn many hats in his life, including general contractor, VW parts dealer, charter fishing tours captain, and commercial
fisherman, but it is his passion for sand rails that he keeps returning to.
He built his first sand rail frame many years ago after being unable to find a frame that had the sleek, fastback look
he desired. After several prototypes, he finally arrived at the 2-seat design he was after. Buggies and rails
built on his frames are the hit of every car show they enter.
After many requests for a similar 4-seater design, Tommy spent several months and a lot of pipe designing prototypes
of a model that would satisfy his requirements. He is proud to now offer a 4-seat model that has all
of the great design elements and lines of his original 2 seat frame.
